International Status Company

Within this rather new initiative of the Government of Georgia, companies, business entities, individuals with more than 2 years experience in working in IT and Sea related Services can set up the company in Georgia and acquire “International Company” status, that will lead to the following tax conccessions for them: – 5% tax on Corporate Profit; – 5% tax on Personal Income for their employees – 0% tax on Dividend withdrawal.
